Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa and MasterCard. If you have dental insurance, please provide us with your insurance details. We will be happy to take care of all the paperwork and submit to your dental insurance for you to be reimbursed from your insurer. We do not direct bill to insurance companies. We ask for full payment from you on the day of service.
Your dental insurance will reimburse you usually within a few business days, depending if you have arranged with them to directly deposit into your bank account or send you a cheque in the mail. When paying with Visa or MasterCard our patients enjoy receiving the reward benefits from their individual credit cards.
When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be prior to starting extensive treatment.

Dental plans are a valuable extended health benefit to help offset some of the cost of dental care. Understanding your plan coverage will help you avoid surprise costs. It is important to understand that your dental insurance coverage is a contract between you and your dental plan carrier, and that our dental treatment recommendations are based on your individual dental health needs.
